Bah

Up 2 lbs at WI. Not overly suprised. But I did walk from downtown to the office after lunch today (about 30min walk) and I'm going to the gym tonight. Time to get back on track.

At least you know why you were up @ WI, it's worse when you're up & have no idea why. Good job with the walk. Keep it up!!
